- Description: SH@LL (formerly the Civil Self Help Center) provides limited legal assistance in qualifying civil cases to those without attorneys if they have a case in the Sacramento County court or reside in Sacramento County. SH@LL can assist with limited types of cases. Some examples of common cases they assist with are lawsuits for old credit card debt, name changes, guardianships of the person, conservatorships of the person, and limited probate matters.
